Vung Tau on Vietnam's southern coats is at the tip of a peninsula and only two hours drive of an hours and 15 minutes by hydrofoil from Ho Chi Minh City. The Havana Bar resembles a typical elite Cuban social club, with relaxed colonial atmosphere a classy drinking space. Previously the group opened its first trade centre, the 7,400 square metre Imperial Plaza, which is a part of a larger project, the Imperial Complex Vung Tau. The complex was designed by Graham Taylor Designs, a well known architecture company.

The opening of the Imperial Hotel and other facilities of the Imperial Complex will provide a new look to Vung Tau's. Back Beach and also Vung Tau tourism, presenting the opportunity for international tourists to come and visit the city.'' Deluxe Room
Every beautifully appointed room in our boutique is distinctive, with its own unique character and charm. From six room categories there is a choice of over 22 layouts, all offering magnificent views of the ocean, lagoon lap pool or Vung Tau city. Each of our 103 Deluxe Rooms measures from 23 to 57 square metres in size with either a King-size or twin bed and Victorian-inspired bathrooms with bay windows that look out into the bedroom. Three of our Deluxe Rooms can be connected to our two Duplex and Imperial Suites to create a luxurious apartment-style extended suite to suit your needs.

Grand Room
As with all of our elegantly furnished rooms, each Grand Room incorporates an en suite bathroom in marble and porcelain with a walk-in shower, as well as a work desk and entertainment console. Each Grand Room has one king-size and one single bed to accommodate up to three guests, making it the perfect option for families. The IMPERIAL Hotel has 12 luxurious Grand Rooms, measuring from 23 to 43 square metres; and 23 Terrace Suites (available with or without an adjoining outdoor patio), measuring 37 to 53 square metres.

Victorian Suite
Plush, deep-pile royal blue and gold carpeting, deep maroon, gold upholstery and rich mahogany wood furnishings – The IMPERIAL Hotel’s signature décor is continued in our four Victorian Suites, in which the bedroom and living area are separate with a mini bar provided in each to further the exceptional sense of cloistered personal privacy. Grand Suite

All-Day Dining
Specialising in rustic, wholesome Western and Vietnamese cooking, our Dining Room offers a refined yet laidback setting to enjoy tasty, satisfying cuisine at any time of the day. A lavish Continental and Asian buffet breakfast is served every morning, followed by an a la carte lunch and dinner.

The Dining Room menu is extensive in both influence and variety, ranging from light bites such as Tapenade croutinis with tuna and Grilled beef salad with watercress to sumptuous specialties such as Breaded sea-bass fillet with vegetable ratatouille & mashed potatoes and Suckling pig with dumplings. Furnished with comfortable booth-like seating upholstered in gold and red satin and art deco inspired wooden chairs and tables, the Dining Room has been exquisitely decorated with an abundance of rich, dark mahogany, frosted candelabra lighting, brass accents and elaborate gold gilt frames holding oil paintings depicting scenes of 18th century Europe to capture the splendor of yesteryear but with a comfortable, contemporary touch.

The Dining Room patio also offers al fresco seating, with wrought iron chairs and wooden-top tables set within a leafy garden of frangipani flowers and overlooking the emerald tiled lagoon pool and the burnished orange canvas of the poolside bar gazebo roof. The Dining Room patio is also the setting for our weekly Saturday night barbeque of freshly caught seafood and succulent meats prepared by our international five-star head chef and kitchen team.

The Dining Room also features an enclosed wine cellar stocked with over 77 Old and New World wines, with an emphasis on select French labels. Guests are welcome to enjoy a bottle during dinner, within the lobby lounge or in the comfort of their room.

Shifu Chinese Bistro
At Shi Fu, every meal time is a Far Eastern spectacle, rustled up by our three chefs from Guangzhou in Shi Fu’s spectacular open show kitchen. Meaning ‘master’ in Cantonese, Shi Fu is an informal yet exotic setting to enjoy home-style Chinese cooking in a truly authentic atmosphere. Each of our culinary masters specialises in a different cooking technique, so whether you’re craving roast Peking duck, delicious dim sum steaming straight from the basket, or a flaming wok stir fry, Shi Fu is the perfect place to indulge. The restaurant’s rounded archway is decorated with Chinese characters to wish diners health, prosperity and happiness, and within main dining room, the red décor, lanterns and wooden sculptures and richly painted wall hangings create an authentic setting redolent of China’s most decadent eateries. Shi Fu’s main salon can accommodate 60 persons, with a more intimate table in a private room with seating for 10.

Hanava Club
On the first floor, the classical half-moon Havana Club conjures up images of turn of the century gentleman’s clubs, replete with leather upholstered high back mahogony armchairs, rich wooden floors, and a full humidor service. A reincarnation of a traditional British pub formerly located in the town centre, The Imperial Arms is a place to enjoy a well-pulled pint, meet old friends, or make new ones. Pull up a stool at the central circular bar to chew the fat with bar staff and other punters, or relax in racing green leather studded chairs and booths as you catch up with friends. Seafood Restaurant
Situated right on the seafront by our beach club, Atlantis revels in simplicity – open to the ocean view and sea breeze, here you’ll find the best catch of the day prepared in both Western and Vietnamese styles. Inspired by the hospitality of an 18th century European palatial ballroom, this 540-square-metre room can also by divided into a number of rooms of differing dimensions using moveable partitions, and can be decorated in any way you wish. The Grand Salon can accommodate 408 seated diners indoors, or a total of 650 diners by also utilising the outdoor area. For a theatre event, we can accommodate 500 patrons, 600 cocktail reception guests and up to 1000 exhibition attendees.

Beach Club
To the front of the hotel, the Grecio Roman-inspired Imperial Beach Club is located right on Vung Tau’s long swath of fine yellow sand. Each of our thirteen cabanas – two of which have a separate dining room – also include day beds and are available for 24-hour rental, allowing you to truly experience the luxurious side of beach life. The Beach Club has a distinctly classical ambiance and architecture: Roman statues representing Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn respectively stand at each of the four corners of the 35-metre-long pool, with two circular jacuzzis nestling at against either end. A fully-qualified life guard is always on duty, and The Beach Club also offers an array of exhilarating water sports: Vung Tau’s breezy onshore winds provide perfect conditions for kite surfing, windsurfing and surfing, and we also offer many other options, from jet skiing to volleyball. It’s here that you’ll also find our Atlantis seafood restaurant serving up the freshest fish, crab and lobster all day, and once the sun has set, The Beach Club comes alive with a wealth of evening entertainment, including full moon parties and beach barbeques with regular fire twirling performances. Gymnasium
Ourfully-equipped CV studio incorporates a complete range of free weights andmore than 60 brand new machines from Life Fitness –a new generation of the latest top-of-the-range equipment that is only available in Vietnam at The Imperial Hotel. The new machines allow you to plug in your ipod directly to the console and have a workout record feature that enables you to store your performance on your USB stick. Simply connect your USB stick at each machine to track and save your progress. Spa
Immediately adjacent to the gym,our Grecio Roman-style spa echoes the classic ambiance of our Beach Club. Roman statues adorn the walls, and simple soothing white marble and natural friezes evoke the elegance and exoticism of a Roman bath. The Spa is divided into men’s and women’s areas, with six communal spa treatment rooms, including one couples’ room. Both men’s and women’s area incorporates a steam and sauna and a jacuzzi, with an additional cold plunge pool for the gentlemen. Our separate relaxation area is quiet sanctuary of peace and tranquility, with comfortable recliners designed to help you get the most of a foot massage, or simply enjoy a nap following your spa experience. Swimming Pool
The Imperial Hotel has three separate swimming pools, all of which are located in tranquil, leafy tropical gardens.The emerald-tiledXXX-metre outdoor lagoon pool is at the heart of the hotel, located to the back of the Dining Room. A bridge leads from the outdoor bar to a gazebo directly over the water, where a chair and table shaded by white damask curtains is the perfect place to relax with a book or a cocktail or freshly pressed fruit juice. A half moon of single and ‘love-seat’ sun loungers await sun worshippers beneath a Roman Colosseum-inspired trellis entwined by colourful blooms, where many of our rejuvenating spa treatments and food and beverage menus can also be enjoyed.
