We have seen precious corners with the bicycle that surely in a bus or private car we would not have seen. The trip to Vietnam that you prepared for us has been an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything. Best regards, Gemma Gasa

The iPad I used on the trip is not my normal e mail. When I jumped back into the business seat was a bit of a shock from the relaxing and sensory diversion while in Vietnam and Lao. My son is actually working on the slide show now for an upcoming dinner with his grandparents. We are safe and sound in Arizona but will never forget the experiences we encountered due to your fine itinerary. Soon you will get the slide show of our personal highlights and the narrative which details how nice the combination of guides and venues was at allowing us to drink in the beauty of vet am and Lao. Sincerely, Pete Hushek Sent from my iPad

Subject: RE: GTT-D-091010- Hanoi to Luang Prabang Mountain Bike TourHi, thank you for your mail.I was happy with the trip we made, and we were guided very well.I have some few remarks I would like to state.- As I was going back from LuangPrabang to Saigon, I ran into visum problems. Apparently I had only 1 entrance possibility. It costed me about 105 USdollars to get it back arranged in the airport of Cambodja.- Our guide in Vietnam was very friendly, although we could have received a bit more explanation during the trip in the day. Our guide in Laos had done it more.- A few hotels were overrated. Especially the last one in Laos (which was a different one then mentioned on the paper) and the last 2 in Vietnam. On the other hand, I also have some extraordinary points.- The 2 guides in Laos treated us very well and friendly.- The food was really good on the whole trip (all local food).- We were in contact with local people many times, which was very special.- your personnal contact was also appreciatedAnyway, I am now in Hanoi until Sunday. If you have more questions, do not hesitate to contact me.br,Wim |

> To: 'Green Trail Tours' Sent: Friday, September 24, 2010 11:40 PMSubject: RE: Follow Mekong Detail from Vietnam to Cambodia TourDear Mr Dung Nguyen VanThank you for your email. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam; it was an experience we shall never forget. Tuan, our guide, was very good. He is a very pleasant young man with a good sense of humour and he represented Green Trail Tours well.A couple of points you might like to consider. We were not prepared for the ‘tipping’ that was expected and whilst it was not a problem we found it helpful when a previous tour firm we used told us in advance. The tour we chose left us in Phnom Penh and feeling rather lost with no guide to help us enjoy the city or find our way to the airport. Cambodia is different from Vietnam, not least of all because there were no metered taxis that we could see. It might be helpful to give any future tours some help in Phnom Penh. But we had a wonderful time and will always be grateful to Green Trail Tours and would be happy to recommend you to our friends. With best wishesAlan & Kathleen Mustoe |
